I have a very good friend who lives in The Netherlands. She was kind enough to send a "Good Luck" card and a package of sunflower seeds. In true SDP fashion (SDP=Sweet Dutch Person) she decided she had to check and make sure international mail (in her words "International Carrier Pigeon") would be able to find my new home. Good news Ellen...It did...and a very big THANK YOU!!!
The Sunflower seeds I will be planting as an offering to Mother Nature. Only I think I may have to wait for next year. Although I can't read Dutch I suspect I've missed planting time...

Yay for SDPs! :D
Hey Rachel...yes I agree YAY for our SDP...
I tried to scan in the front of the card and a pic of the seeds. For some reason it wouldn't work. I've scanned numerous times before, yet this time I did something wrong...I'm still trying!
Baaaaaaaah, you all make me blush o_O It's, in my opinion, not all thát special! Just harmless sillyness (the thing I sorta live for) And yeah, your Dutch might be good enough to read the package but I'd say; sow 'em anyway! If they won't do anything, I know what to get you another time ;D
Btw; it's SILLY Dutch Person (or super daft, supreme doodle etc. )
Ya know, if I ever make it to the US, I'll be disapointed (doh *laughs loud*) to find out they haven't heard of me at all o_O *sniggers* Pigeons, woodpeckers, what's next?
Well you know how much we LOVE silliness! And yes, SDP is for Silly Dutch Person (I just like calling you SWEET)
Of course it could also be SUPER Dutch Person...who once sent Super Socks for the Super Sisters!
Superb Dutch Person?
